Description
Polish papercuts are beautiful traditional decorations that are made in two areas of the country: Kurpie and Łowicz. This simple, one-colour papercut (or “wycinanki”) comes from Kurpie and is framed very simply in a wooden, cellophane and cardboard frame.It would be easy to re-frame it if you don’t like the Communist-era framing solution! It is handmade, cut by scissors by craftspeople who continue their tradition to this day and is a purple colour on a white background.
