A pair of really lovely art deco storage tins that say “sugar” on the large one and “pepper” on the small one in cyrillic and Latvian. There are a few sets of these for sale so have a look as they are all slightly different in terms of condition. They have been used and have little scratches in the paint or marks on the metalwork, all of which add to their unique vintage patina. The gold, red and black stripey design is very striking. These tins have many more years of use left in them and deserve a good home! A rare find, especially with the unusual cyrillic / Latvian lettering.
