Nice salmon pink enamel badge with the word “gaz (gas)” in the corner and the car name “Volga” across the top.
Wikipedia says: “GAZ or Gorkovsky Avtomobilny Zavod (Gorky Automobile Plant) is a Russian automotive manufacturer located in Nizhny Novgorod. It started in 1932 as NAZ, a cooperative enterprise between Ford and the Soviet Union, as a result of a Five year plan.”
